Our Faculty members Ms. Priti Shanbagh & Ms. Vidya Shetty, attended a Professional Development Workshop on
January 30th, 2021, hosted by Huron University ,Canada and High School Moms , a networking organization for parents and counselors. The seminar was
addressed by President of Huron Western University), Dr. Barry Craig. The session drew focus upon student application procedures, standardization Test
requirements, Campus and Internship programmes,Tuition fee and scholarship access.
Pre-primary school teachers training programme, a two day session, was conducted by Dr Swati Popat Vats. The
topic was “BRAIN AND HOW CHILDREN LEARN THE BEST.” The tagline for the workshop was #galtisudhar – how to make teaching-learning materials without
mistakes for children.
IB teachers attended Theory of Knowledge training by Ms. Mamta Jain and TOK coordinator Mr. Amit Puranik, from Choithram IB School Indore on November 30, 2020.
Ms Preeti Shetty, Information and Technology Faculty, successfully completed the Microsoft Certified Teacher
course conducted by Microsoft Certification team in collaboration with Sankalp Smart School.
IBDP Coordinator Mr Snehal Bhortake attended the IB Conference 'Reimagine the Future' and had the
opportunity to engage with education experts, IB staff, peers and exhibitors.
Primary Checkpoint Coordinator Ms Neetha Shetty closely worked with Indian Public school, Haryana to
restructure their system and conduct meaningful workshops on pedagogy and latest technological innovations that can be used in imparting education.
The entire teacher force was trained on how to inculcate 21st century skills in students. ,workshops for training them on Google classrooms and
introduction to Micro teaching
