Being a part of the S M Shetty PPTTA Course (ECCEd course) has truly been a transformative journey in my career as a pre-primary teacher. It has enriched my ability to build a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment, while significantly enhancing my understanding of child development. One of the most impactful takeaways from the course has been recognizing the power and purpose of play-based learning in early education.
Above all, this course has helped me see teaching not just as a job, but as a meaningful responsibility to positively shape the early years of a child’s life. Each day in the classroom now feels intentional and fulfilling—grounded in knowledge, shaped by experience, and inspired by compassion.

The PPTTA course equipped me with the right skills and confidence to embark on my teaching journey. It deepened my understanding of young learners and prepared me to manage a classroom with love, sensitivity, and creativity.

I had always dreamed of working with children but didn’t know where to start. After a long break in my career, I enrolled in the PPTTA course at S.M. Shetty, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. The faculty were incredibly patient and supportive throughout the journey. I truly enjoyed every part of the course, and today, I feel confident and well-equipped with the techniques and knowledge needed to effectively teach preschool children.

It has been a truly invaluable learning experience for me. The course has helped me understand the Early Learners and helped me see how I can make learning fun and fruitful for them. I have gained a lot of knowledge as well as practical strategies that will be beneficial to me professionally.

Last one year has been great learning experience. The course has provided an in-depth insight on different teaching and learning strategies that will help me to teach better. Thanks to the experienced, cooperative and helpful faculty members and officials of the institute, it has been a wonderful journey.

It has been a very fruitful journey so far. This course is designed in a way to understand each and every aspect of early learners better. Ihave gained much knowledge and valuable insights that will help me steer my career in the right direction.I would like to thank the whole Ecced team for their guidance offered during the course. Also a special mention to thank ‘The Principal – Ms Seema Sabhlok and ‘Ecced Coordinator – Ms Neha Bhave’ for their kind support and cooperation offered during my illness. Thank you.

It’s been a splendid experience doing the ECCED and IPM course from this esteemed Institute, a package of both practical & theoretical study! The course has provided an in-depth insight on different teaching and learning strategies. I have gained a lot of good information about early learners. Really appreciate every Teacher who trained me.
